Design Ocular — formerly Poster Union — is an independent publishing initiative dedicated to celebrating contemporary graphic design and visual culture.
Since 2018, we’ve built a global community around showcasing thoughtful, well-crafted work that reflects the graphic design’s visual and cultural evolution.
In 2026, Poster Union transitioned into Design Ocular, marking a broader editorial direction and the launch of the Design Ocular website as a dedicated publishing platform.
Our coverage spans identity systems, editorial design, typography, posters, books, and other forms of visual communication across cultural and commercial contexts. Features are shared consistently across our Instagram ↗, and Linkedin ↗ pages, with the website serving as the primary editorial space for extended context and deeper documentation.
Design Ocular welcomes submissions from studios, designers, and collaborators working across graphic design and visual communication. Projects can be submitted via the Get Featured ↗ page and are reviewed on an ongoing basis as part of our editorial program.
